Our summer camp programs introduce students to the vast array of global circus arts techniques taught by our internationally renowned coaching staff in our supportive, non-competitive environment. And remember, for full-day challenge camps, Fridays are show time, where we turn on the spotlight to showcase your best circus smiles and styles for family and friends. For Ages 13-21 Week-long Monday - Friday Full-day camp from 9 am – 4 pm
July 5-9 Monday-Friday Price: $375 per week Did you know that Circus Juventas is the only camp in the country to offer Flying Trapeze, Bungee Trapeze, Wire and German Wheel? Join us for a truly unique high-flying experience... you’ll remember it for a lifetime! “For safety of flyers and coaches on the flying trapeze, students must weigh less than 175 pounds and be at least 4’10” in height. Other Teen Adventure acts are available for students who may not meet Flying Trapeze weight and height limits. | |
Important InformationCircus Attire: It is suggested that students wear comfortable workout attire. Leotards, unitards,sweatpants, wind-pants or shorts are all acceptable. If leotards or unitards are worn, please wear appropriate under garments. Students need athletic shoes and socks when on some pieces of equipment. No jeans, street shoes or sandals allowed. It is preferable that students not wear t-shirts on equipment, unless it can be tucked into pants.
Lunches: Students attending full-day camps need to bring a bag lunch every day! Water and pop are available through a vending machine for an additional fee. Please bring change or small bills for machine. Please do not bring food items containing nuts - some students/staff are highly allergic. Day Bag: Help your camper stay organized by providing a day bag. It makes an ideal place to store a lunch box and a water bottle. Many campers enjoy having a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. During barefoot activities, some campers have kept track of their athletic shoes and socks by placing them in their day bag. Please remember to put your child’s name on everything!
Health, Liability and Safety Info: Forms will be emailed with camp confirmation to new students. Completed forms must be returned prior to the first day of camp or students will not be allowed to participate. For returning students, health forms must be updated annually. New health forms will be sent if current forms are a year or more old. It is the responsibility of returning students to keep health forms current! All students must have current health insurance in order to participate. Lead instructors and staff are American Red Cross First Aid Certified.
Performances: Friday performances for Full-Day Challenge Camps for family and friends are held at 3:00 pm on the last day. Sampler Camps will not have a performance on Friday even if the children are registered for all 5 days.
