Known as "Swallow Play" more than two thousands years ago, Hoop Diving evolved from performers imitating the flying movements of swallows as they leap nimbly through narrow mat rings (the act was also known as "Dashing Through Narrows". Teaches grace and agility; demonstrates vitality and breathtaking dexterity.
